This privacy policy explains how Thais Gimenez Method / Languages that Connect ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit thaisgimenezmethod.com (the "site") or interact with us by email or WhatsApp.

We are a Brazilian human-development company, active since 2019, offering keynotes, training, individual mentoring and custom in-company programs, with clients in Brazil and Canada. You can reach us at [email protected].

- Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, company name and message, when you fill in a form, write to us by email or message us on WhatsApp.
- Technical information collected through cookies and similar technologies, but only after you accept our cookie banner (see section 4).

- To respond to your enquiries about assessments, mentoring or in-company programs.
- To send you information you've requested, such as a proposal or portfolio.
- To improve our site and our services.
