1. Our services
The site describes our keynotes, training, individual mentoring, the Mind-Body Assessment and in-company programs. Some services are delivered by our team directly, and some are certified instructors trained in the Thais Gimenez Method.
2. Not medical or psychiatric care
Our assessments, mentoring and training are tools for self-knowledge, communication and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
3. Purchases and payments
Some of our services, including the Mind-Body Assessment, are sold through our payment partner, Hotmart. Purchases made through Hotmart are subject to Hotmart's own terms and refund policy, in addition to these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Thais Gimenez Method name and logo, and the content on this site (text, graphics and materials), are the property of Thais Gimenez / Languages that Connect, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to interfere with its normal operation or to access data not intended for you.
6. Testimonials
Testimonials shown on this site reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
